The order will be delivered to the billing address of the paying cardholder unless a different delivery address is specified. For deliveries within the UK every effort will be made to ensure you receive your order within 5 working days from dispatch. Delivery will be made using the standard Royal Mail service unless otherwise specified. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for delivery before contacting us. For deliveries that are not standard Royal Mail service we will email you of an expected delivery date by email. Postage and packaging costs per order are as follows;

Deliveries overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared.We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities. If your purchase is subject to inspection by Customs, Sarah’s Baby Gifts cannot be held responsible for any damage occasioning directly or indirectly from such an inspection.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure swift delivery we will not be held responsible for failing to fulfil commitments regarding delivery timeframes for reasons outside our control such as; fires, storms, transportation difficulties, industrial action or political unrest.
We aim to keep all of our products in stock at all times; however particularly during busy periods we may not have sufficient stock to fulfil all orders.
If the delivery of your product will not be possible within the 5 working days we aim for, we will notify you with suggestions of alternative products where available.
If the suggested alternative is acceptable we will dispatch the goods upon re-confirmation of the order. Should you choose to decline the alternative there will be no obligation to continue with the order and wait for stock levels to be replenished.
Once the product has been dispatched by Sarah’s Baby Gifts we will no longer be liable for it except insofar as refunds, returns and breakages are concerned.
